Shopify Store and Merchandise Orders
When you use the VYRE apparel store in the app or on the web, we and our commerce providers may collect information needed to process and fulfill your order, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, products and sizes ordered, order value, purchase and fulfillment history, customer-service communications, IP address, device and browser information, checkout or session identifiers, and fraud-prevention or transaction information.
Apparel checkout and payment are hosted and processed by Shopify and the payment method you select, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, or a supported card network. VYRE does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies.
We share order and delivery information as needed with Shopify, Printful, payment providers, fraud-prevention and tax services, and shipping carriers. Printful produces and fulfills made-to-order VYRE apparel. These providers receive the information reasonably necessary to process payment, manufacture products, deliver orders, handle returns, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
The embedded store may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain carts and checkout sessions, remember preferences, measure storefront performance, prevent fraud, and operate payment and fulfillment services. Store and checkout activity may be linked to an order, customer record, device, or session when necessary to provide these services.
Commerce records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. You may contact support@vyrefit.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible commerce information. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate transaction, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Commerce disclosure effective August 18, 2026.
Referral Program and Fraud Prevention
When you participate in the VYRE referral program, we process referral codes, referral attribution, reward status, and VYRE Store credit records to administer rewards and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
If a VYRE account is deleted, we delete the underlying authentication account and associated profile data as described above. To prevent the same email address from repeatedly qualifying for new-account referral rewards, we retain only a keyed cryptographic fingerprint derived from the normalized email address. This safeguard does not store the raw email address or the deleted profile, and it is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
We retain these referral fraud-prevention fingerprints while the referral program remains active and for 24 months after the program is deactivated. After that period, the fingerprints are automatically deleted.
Referral attribution and store-credit ledger records may be retained as reasonably necessary for reward administration, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Referral disclosure effective August 22, 2026.
